  2. Is each agent limited to the purchase actions it was explicitly granted?
  3. Is there an amount above which a person must approve the purchase before it runs?
  4. Are the merchants or destinations an agent may pay governed by written rules?
  5. Is the allow, deny or approve decision made before the payment executes, rather than reviewed afterwards?
  6. Can you stop one agent from purchasing immediately without stopping the others?
  7. For each purchase, can you show which agent acted, on what inputs, under which rule, and what was decided?
