Objective

Agent Trust Cloud will rarely be purchased by one person. Security owns the risk, platform engineering owns deployment, AI teams own agent velocity, audit owns evidence and finance cares about spend. The product and sales process must give each stakeholder a reason to support the same platform.

What to build

  • CISO: reduce uncontrolled autonomous access and prove governance.
  • CIO/CTO: deploy agents faster without creating fragmented control systems.
  • IAM/PAM leader: represent nonhuman identities and delegated authority.
  • AI platform leader: standardize policy and observability across model/framework choices.
  • Internal Audit/GRC: generate evidence and control mappings continuously.
  • CFO/FinOps: attribute and constrain AI/model/tool spend.

Implementation decisions

  • Create role-specific dashboards and demo paths rather than one generic console.
  • Map each persona to required integrations, risk questions, KPIs and purchase objections.
  • Use CISO as primary buyer; cultivate AI platform and IAM as technical champions.
  • Give audit and finance read-only value early to widen internal sponsorship.

Definition of done

  • Sales discovery captures the buying committee before technical evaluation begins.
  • POV success criteria are written in the language of at least three stakeholders.
  • Pricing supports enterprise-wide governance without penalizing harmless inventory growth.

Success metrics

  • Number of stakeholders engaged per opportunity
  • Security champion activation
  • Technical validation duration
  • Multi-department usage after 90 days
